Francisco Meca Alcaraz was awarded employee of the month in December thanks to his involvement when introducing the Lean system in our company, besides his non-stop professional development.
Francisco is a socially involved person who spends his free time collaborating with different non-profit organizations.
Francisco has been working for 2 years in Looije and he has always exerted himself to achieve the goals. Francisco has grown professionally in our company as he started as a packhouse worker and now he is the person in charge of coordinating them and of making sure that everything goes well.
Francisco is very thankful for the award, which means for him a recognition of the hard work his team do everyday.
