Ramón Navarro Miras was awarded employee of the month in November. Ramón is really involved with the company and he is always available to collaborate with his workmates. Besides he knows how to instill confidence to everyone.
Ramón has 2 children, an eleven-year old boy and a five-year old girl. He dedicates his free time to spend time with his family. Ramón is happy with the chance of balance between work and family Looije offers.
Ramón has been working in Looije since 2013 as a packhouse worker. Also he is in charge of the machinery maintenance.
He is really proud of belonging to this company. He thinks that he is part of an organization which is growing and manages to do things as well as possible.
When Ramón received the prize, he was very excited and surprised because he didn’t expect it.
