In February the worker awarded employee of the month was Lucas Navarro Roman as he continuously contributes ideas to improve and engages with the company values.
Lucas comes from Aguilas. He is married and has 2 children: a twelve year-old boy and a three year-old girl. Lucas enjoys practicing sport, but above all, he likes playing paddle tennis and fishing.
Lucas has been working in our packhouse since January 2015 and, together with another employee, he is in charge of the machinery maintenance. Lucas feels at ease in the company and thinks that Looije is a company which is growing and which does everything possible to improve. When he received the prize, he was very excited and surprised because he didnt expect it.
