Milagros Hernández Montes was awarded employee of the month in August thanks to her involvement with the company values and her constant contribution with ideas to improve the work system in the packhouse.
Milagros is married. During her free time she loves reading and spending time with family and friends.
She has been working in Looije for one year and a half. From the beginning Milagros has always shown involvement in her work. Milagros, whose main task is to package the product, works in the packhouse.
Milagros is thankful and proud to have been chosen employee of the month. She likes being part of a company that is concerned for their employees and where the main human values are the basis.
